We, especially our tongues and stomach have been wanting to eat scrumptious food and in relation to this is that, we want to satisfy not just our tongue but our stomach capacity also. (lol *insert my grinning face*) . In my case, there’s no difference when I choose where and what to eat. Basically, I just want to eat in a place where I would have a variety of choices and is accessible from my place where in I can just barge in there whenever I’m hungry.
Last week, We were hyped up when one of my friends suggested to eat in South StrEAT Gourmand Container Park. It is pretty much the same with The Yard at Xavierville which is located in Quezon City but this time it is located in Southern part of Luzon. South StrEat is exactly located at Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road., Everest Sky Pitch, Silang, Cavite. Like the other food parks, the stalls of food were made of colorful container vans with pastel hues as their theme. I’m sure that you will be full, not just your stomach but your eyes also.
Food Stalls that we chose:
*Chi Maek – This food stall sells korean foods like samgyeopsal and ramen, but what really made us all gave in is their fried chicken. There are two flavors you can choose from; sweet and spicy or garlic. We chose to avail their bundles which consists of Ten fried chickens (sweet and spicy) and 4 cups of rice for only P500.00 or $10
*Squeezed – They have tons of choices when it comes to drinks and refreshers. This thirst quencher has this colorful straws and different concept of containers which is another reason to love it besides their juices.

Ready to LAMON!!!! (Lamon is a filipino word which means eat plenty and with conviction)
CrazyTella – It offers unique desserts that we all love. They have nutellas in everything in their menus. They even serve it in actual nutella containers with your name on it. I ordered their best-seller which is Hazelnut Brownie Fudge which costs P180.00 ($3.50)
Other Food Stalls:
*El Kiosko Cubanon *Foxtrot and Echo
*#Grouphog *Juan Sago
*Spice Heaven *Beef Beef and Co.
*Sisig Fix *Plaze de Taqueria
*Bowled Move *Above Sea Level
*Xurreria *Rockin’ Ribs
*Sucre
Total Damage for 4 pax:
Chi Maek – P500.00
Lemonade – P100 = 600 / 4 = P150.00 for each
(But I suggest you to come with P500.00 – P1000.00 pocket money if you really want to taste almost everything )
*How to get there from Manila

– Follow Metro Manila Skyway and S Luzon Expy/Pan-Philippine Hwy/R-3 to Santa Rosa – Tagaytay Rd in Pulong Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa. Take exit 38 from S Luzon Expy/Pan-Philippine Hwy/R-3
– Turn right onto Santa Rosa – Tagaytay Rd
*From Cavite
– Head south on Emilio Aguinaldo Hwy/R-2
– Get on MCX in Poblacion, Muntinlupa from Daang Hari Road

Quick tips: Just go there on weekdays to avoid traffic jams and long queues in food stalls.
I will definitely be back and taste some foods that I wasn’t able to try. Skip your Nuvali, Enchanted Kingdom or Paseo trip and head out to South StrEAT Gourmand Container Park, you won’t regret it.
Happy Eating!! 🙂
